Rooms were clean and tidy and the location was good - inside the old city and close to many restaurants and attractions but still in a quiet alleyway. Staff was also friendly. Excellent value for money!

This is s small and very comfortable hotel set in a quiet part of Chiang mai but in walking distance of the main areas. The Staff are all delightful and so willing to help. We had a lovely freshly prepared breakfast. A great place to stay.

We enjoyed the proximity of temples, markets, cafes, massage parlors. The street itself is shabby, but the hotel is quite modern, rooms are spacious and it is very close to tourist centre of town. The hotel has a nice patio. And the receptionist is very friendly and helpful!

Very peaceful location and good restaurants nearby. Room was big and hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good and hotel staff very helpful.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff (especially Khun Fan) was friendly and welcoming and didn't hesitate to invite me for dinner.
